Generally, procedures for simple auto glass : glass cutting---glass grinding-------glass drilling------glass washing----glass screen printing etc. after the pre-processing procedures it goes into forming section by heating processing

2. Equipment and Model

Glass cutting section:

A: 1 set automatic glass cutting machine for cutting glass piece into form.

This whole set machine could be Italian Botero one(including loading machine),however, the price is on the high way. only the cutting machine costs 530,000RMB. The model is 352BCS. Total one set of cutting machine costs about 700,000RMB

B: One Italian Botero cutting machine equipped with automatic loading machine(Model2546) made in China. The total cost is about 600,000RMB

C: the cutting machine (Model4026) made in China and automatic loading machine(Model 2546) made in China. The total cost is about 400,000RMB

D: Semi-automatic straight line cutting machine made in China(Model:4526) for cutting glass first, then semi-automatic imitated cutting machine(model;1520)for cutting into form. One automatic loading machine made in China(Model:25446,) The total cost is about 200,000RMB.

Equipment For Glass Grinding Section (made in China)

A: 2 sets  semi-automatic shape edger (Model:SYM1321). Unit price is about 30,000RMB. Shape edger is used for processing side window of auto.   2 sets belt edger, unit price is about 10,000RMB. Belt edger is used for processing front and rear glass of auto.

B: grinding machine with single spindle, unit price is about 20,000RMB. Imitated grinding machine(especial for mass production ,) costs abut 40,000RMB.  This equipment can process all kinds of auto glass.

Equipment For Glass Drilling Section (made in China)

One or two sets glass horizontal drilling machines, unit price is about 30,000RMB.

Or  one automatic horizontal drilling machine.

Equipment For Glass washing Section  (made in China)

One Set Glass Washing machine (Width:2000mm). unit price :200,000RMB. We strongly recommend to buy the Low-e washing machine. Since Nowadays most of auto glass is low-e one.

Glass Screen Printing Line

Glass screen printing line is composed of glass printing machine and IR dryer. As to printing screen could be bought from others. Model:JS-GL2436SD. 12m long for drying. Dimension: 32m x 6m=192m². price: USD94000.00(FOB China) including 12m long for drying.

Other Equipments

“A” shape glass rack.  Quantity; many. Unit price: RMB 5000. transition conveying table between every working procedure.  This depends on spot situation.

3. Labor cost and energy consumption

Personnel:

3 people for glass loading and cutting , 1 people for glass horizontal drilling. 1 people for shape edger. 1 people for belt grinding machine. 2 people for glass washing machine (1 people for loading ,1 people for unloading). 4 people for screen printing(2 for loading,2 for unloading). Total people is 10-12.

Energy Consumption

Water, electricity, gas.   The normal water pressure for daily life, total power is about 186 Kw. Voltage depends on spot situation. Gas source pressure.2 MPa.

Total power of screen printing machine is 12.7Kw. total power of dryer is 108Kw. Electricity consumption 12.7KW x 8 hours/day + 0.1667 hour x 108kw+7.83hours x 50% x108kw=542 . gas capability: pressure 0.6Mpa, air consumption 40L/Min. ink and printing screen . screen can be bought from others. Water consumption and electricity consumption of  Washing machine is big.  Water could be 5 cubic meters/ day. Electricity could be about 250⁰  . consumption of other equipments could be little.

4 Productivity

As to the glass cutting machine it can cut 1500m^{2 .} it will take about 3 minutes for glass shape edger to grind 1 piece of glass. As to the belt grinding machine, it will take about 2 minutes to grind 1 piece of glass . diameters of drilling hole are normal 5mm,6mm,10mm etc.  25mm is very seldom. It will take 40 seconds to finish a hole.

As to productivity of glass washing machine, it can wash 5 m² /minute.  As to the productivity of printing line ; according to spot experience it’s 2 pcs /min. 960 pcs/day. It also depends on workers’ proficiency
