This kind of brush is suitable for horizontal as well as vertical glass washing machine. According to the diameter of the brush roller, they can be divided into the following size: 55mm、75mm、80mm、100mm、120mm、150mm、160mm、180mm, etc.

According to the diameter of the brush silk, they can be divided into the following size: 0.3mm、0.25mm、0.2mm、0.15mm、0.10mm（for LOW-E glass）, etc.

The length includes: 500mm、600 mm、800 mm、1000 mm、1200 mm、1500 mm、2500 mm、3000 mm、3300mm, etc. The roller core of the brush is made by steel; while the head of the roller is made of stainless steel.

Knockdown washing brush

This kind of brush is suitable for big size of horizontal as well as vertical glass washing machine.

According to the diameter of the brush, they can be divided into: 150mm、160mm、180mm, etc.

According to the diameter of the brush silk, they can be divided into: 0.3mm、0.25mm、0.2mm、0.15mm、0.10mm（for LOW-E glass）, etc. There’s no core axis in this kind of brush; it’s very convenient to change the brush, because no need to change core axis.

Plate brush for washing

 This kind of plate washing brush is suitable for big size horizontal glass washing machine; can be also used for washing enchasing glass. According to the diameter of brush plate, they can be divided into: 150mm、200mm、300mm, etc. The diameter of the brush silk is normally 0.2~0.3mm.

1.1.2 Rubber roller for glass washing machine

They are used mainly for different kind of horizontal and vertical glass washing machine. The normal length is 500mm－3300mm. The diameters are normally: 55mm、80 mm 、100mm or 120mm. The material is normally nitrile、neoprene、silicon rubber、styrene butadiene, etc. According to different brand, the head size requires to be manufactured according to different drawing.

1.1.3 Sucking roller for washing machine

These kind of sponge sucking rollers are normally used for small size of glass washing machine, which can wash around 500mm－2000mm length of glass. The diameter is normally 55mm、80 mm 、100mm or 120mm. The length of the sucking roller can be decided according to the specification of the washing machine.

1.1.4 Other fittings for glass washing and drying machine
