CHEMICAL TEMPERING FURNACE
Chemical toughening is to place the glass in a molten alkali salt, exchange the ions with a smaller radius in the surface layer of the glass with the ions with a larger radius in the molten salt, and finally form a compressive stress layer on both surfaces of the glass Stress layer, to achieve the purpose of improving the mechanical strength of glass and resistance to temperature shock.
The processed glass has high strength and good thermal stability, and the surface is not deformed. It can be properly cut and there is no self-explosive phenomenon. The chemical tempering technology overcomes the shortcomings of the wind tempering technology. While improving the strength of the glass, it does not affect the optical performance at all.

Technical parameters:

The chemical tempering furnace is mainly suitable for tempering the following glass:

1: Electronic product glass: mobile phone glass, computer monitor glass, video screen, window glass, ion glass.

2: Home appliance glass: scanner glass, printer glass, cabinet glass, disinfection cabinet glass, refrigerator panel glass, washing machine window glass, laminated safety glass, plasma TV glass.

3: Optical glass: glass with high transmittance, glass with high strength, glass with high flatness, temperable ultra-thin glass, watch glass, instrument glass, and ultra-slip glass.

4: It is suitable for the tempering production of glass of any size, high-end glass, the thinnest 0.4mm and the thickest 20mm glass (should be due to high-strength fire-resistant glass such as mobile phones, watches, submarines, motor cars, subways, etc.).
