1. Working principle: put the product mold in the furnace. Put the cutted glass on the mold. Push into the high temperature zone.Adjust the time and temperature required for each section on the control instrument, then warm up and wait for the product to bend. The heating process takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. The mastery of the time depends on the experience of the bending.After the product is finished, the equipment will self-break the power supply for insulation. The equipment is divided into heating zone, loading zone and cooling zone. The furnace cover and furnace body of the equipment are welded by steel structure. The furnace is made of high-grade insulation cotton and insulation brick for heat preservation. The combination of bricks and other components constitutes multiple insulation. The advantage of this equipment is that the temperature zone adopts intelligent temperature control. It improves the adaptability of the product and ensures the qualified rate of the product.
