In the process of light inspection, the production line is not pause, and 1-2 person will inspect the unqualified products at both sides of the light inspection equipment and taken them out.After the glass tempered forming,the workers need to neaten the good glass and put them on the glass racks.And also needs to put one paper between the glasses,roughly needs 2-4 person.

The glass sheet after tempered and forming become the glass lid,will need the next step which is tipping technology.There are two technologies glass tipping of stainless steel ring,One is full automatic stainless steel cutting belt:after laser and welding,then it is round.This kind is with high production efficiency,it can reach 15pcs/min,but the equipment costs a lot.The second is semi-automatic energy stored welding machine.This kind is with lower production efficiency,roungly10pcs/min.In the mean time,the price of equipment is economic.
