Our wheel's split structure design is also advanced in the industry. As shown as bellow, the working ring is consumable part, while the wheel base can be recycled. When the working ring ran out, you can only change the ring.

Glass Straight Line Grinding Wheel

The segmented diamond wheel is used for rough grinding of glass in position 1# ,2#,3# of all glass straight line edging machines from most of the famous Chinese brand machines,including Golive,Suntech,Dewei,YinHong,Folga and etc.;as well as foreign brands such as BAVELLONI,BOVONE,BOTTERO and JAPAN BANDO,etc. It has smaller segments with multiple grits bond , the grinding ability is very strong, can be used normally for the processing of 6-19mm glass.

The half segmented diamond wheels can be divided into inner half tooth diamond wheels, and the outer half tooth diamond wheels. These wheels are used mainly for the position 1#&2#&3# for glass bevelling edger.
