RESIN WHEEL

The resin wheel is made of high-quality resin binder and diamond sand, it is formed by high temperature hot pressing. Common resin wheels on the market are green, red and black colour.

There are two kinds of wheel bases: aluminum base and plastic base. Glass resin wheel are used for fine grinding after diamond wheel process and before the polishing wheel process. It has the characteristics of sharp , durable, easy to polish and so on. It is suitable for the fine grinding process of single edger, double edger, beveling machine and special-shaped machine. And we have special design of split structure, the wheel base can be recycled , as shown as bellow:
